The HUB Karen’ is a mixed use complex set on 20 acres located at the heart of Karen, Nairobi’s green suburb. The first phase being a 35,000sqm gross area (excluding parking), featuring a retail mall , offices, medical, wellness centre and targeting on opening in the third quarter of 2015. The second phase features a fully serviced hotel, conference centre and residential spaces, making ‘The HUB’ fully integrated.
Understanding fully the need of our client, Master Power Systems Limited was commissioned to carry out entire Electrical Installation for Shopping mall.
Fire alarm Installation, 6X 500 KVA generator installation, H.T. panel, & terminations among other crucial electrical services.
