The Challenges
The skyline of Nairobi continues to heighten throughout the city and with this, a proposal for a storey skyscraper along Upperhill area. It consists of an office building, contemporary landscaped gardens, adequate parking space and a gate house.
We were appointed for the entire electrical installation from the main incoming supply to all tenancy levels complete with lightings installations and power common areas and services and installations of power to services like pump plants and heating. Also supply and installation of generator, fire alarm system supply and installations.
Lighting supply installations, special power supply installations, UPS supply and installation, full ICT networking from supply of core switches to floor switches, ICT cabling. Security installations including CCTV access control, vehicle inspection scanning equipment to burglar alarm installations.
